Terms and conditions

2. What we sell
We sell decorative giclée prints, currently in A2 format: parody diplomas with invented institutions, decorative diplomas in the AI Expert series, charts for children and wall calendars.
The diplomas are decorative objects. They are not academic credentials, do not certify any qualification and may not be used as proof of training. The institutions, signatures and seals on them are fictional.
Diploma-style products are humorous decorative prints with invented institutions, titles, signatures and seals. They have no legal or academic value. Using them to misrepresent a qualification, title or training is prohibited; any such use is the buyer's sole responsibility.
Room previews are indicative only. Frames are not included unless the product page says otherwise.
3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Orders are placed through the cart and paid on the secure Stripe payment page.
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. Until then we may refuse an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or an item that has become unavailable. In that case the amount paid is refunded in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in lei (RON) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
The invoice is issued electronically and sent to the email address in the order. For a company invoice, enter the company name and VAT ID in the field on the payment page. Invoices are issued through the Oblio invoicing application, and company invoices are submitted to the Romanian national e-Factura system, as required by law.
5. Personalised products
For some products you can ask us to print a name. The name is printed exactly as entered on the product page, up to 32 characters.
Please check the spelling before paying. We do not correct or change the text entered.
We may refuse to print text that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others. In that case we contact you and, if no solution is found, refund the amount paid.
6. Production and delivery
Each print is produced in our atelier after the order is placed. Production time, courier, costs and delivery times are described on the Delivery page.
We currently deliver only within Romania.
7. Right of withdrawal
For standard (non-personalised) products you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under the conditions of the Returns policy.
Under art. 16(c) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as prints on which we print a name at your request.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021, for 2 years from delivery. If a print has a printing defect or arrives damaged, we reprint it free of charge or refund the price, as set out in the Returns policy.
9. Intellectual property
The designs, texts, seals and photographs on the site belong to WEBHUNT S.R.L. or are used with the rights holders' consent. Buying a print entitles you to use it as a decorative object. It does not entitle you to copy it, resell the design or reproduce it in other materials.
Trade names of other companies that may appear in the titles of parody diplomas are used descriptively and do not indicate any connection with those companies.
10. Liability
We are liable for the products sold within the limits set by law. We are not liable for use of the diplomas for any purpose other than decoration, for example presenting them as genuine documents.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control. We will inform you as soon as possible if an order is affected.
11. Complaints and disputes
For any issue, write to contact@giclee.ai. We reply within 15 days.
If no solution is reached, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro, or the competent Romanian courts.
This contract is governed by Romanian law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version in force on the date it was placed.
13. Launch offer
Black Friday launch offer: 20% off products with code LANSARE20, valid from 31/10/2026, 00:00 until 25/11/2026, 23:59 (Romanian time). The discount applies to products only, not to delivery, and cannot be combined with other offers. Prices shown on the site are the regular prices; the discount is applied in the cart when the code is entered.
