Letters
The letters in this collection are texts you would like to say to someone but rarely do, printed as a document to keep. There are seven: thank-you letters for wedding or baptism godparents, one from children to their parents, “Jurămintele noastre” (Our vows), a letter to mum, one to dad and a letter of appreciation for a teacher. Each has a crest and an ochre seal, on cream paper, with a large initial opening the text. You personalise what matters: the recipients' names, the signers' names, the date and, if you wish, a paragraph of your own at the end. The rest of the text is already written, in a sober register, with concrete details: the hands that healed scrapes, the bicycle, the chair at the desk. They are not diplomas and carry no official value; they are letters. They are given at weddings, baptisms, on 8 March, at Christmas, on a parent's birthday or at the end of the school year. They do not replace a conversation, but they make it easier. Each print is giclée on 260 g Epson Premium Luster photo paper, A3 (28.7 × 41 cm), unframed, rolled in a rigid tube, delivered in 2–4 working days.

What size is the diploma and does it fit a standard frame?
The diploma is 41 × 58.4 cm after trimming (A2 file, 42 × 59.4 cm). The frame is not included.
Can you print a name on the diploma?
Yes. Type the name in the field on the product page and we print it exactly as entered. If you leave it empty, the name line stays blank.
How is the print packed?
The print is covered with an acid-free glassine sheet (Ilford protective paper), rolled into a rigid cardboard tube with plastic caps at both ends and sealed with a giclee.ai sticker. Several prints from the same order come in the same tube, separated by glassine.
What do I do when the tube arrives?
Take off one cap, gently slide the print out together with the glassine sheet and unroll it on a clean, flat surface. If it stays slightly curved, leave it face up for a few hours with light, clean objects on the corners before framing. You can keep the glassine sheet for storage.
When will my order arrive?
In 2–4 working days: production takes 1–2 days and delivery another 1–2. Details are on the Delivery page.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe Checkout (a secure Stripe page).
Can I return a print?
Standard prints can be returned within 14 days. Personalised prints are replaced free of charge only for printing defects.
