Where we deliver

We currently deliver only within Romania.

Production

Each print is produced in our atelier after payment is confirmed. Production takes 1–2 working days. In total, from payment to delivery, your order arrives in 2–4 working days.

Courier and delivery time

You can choose Sameday easybox delivery or a courier to your door. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from handing over the parcel. The estimate is also shown on the payment page.

Once shipped, you receive the tracking number by email.

Cost

Easybox delivery costs RON 19.99 and courier delivery to your door costs RON 24.99. Orders of RON 249.00 or more ship free. The exact cost is shown before payment.

Packaging

Every print is covered with a sheet of Ilford Galerie FineArt glassine, a thin acid-free, pH-neutral protective paper that keeps the print surface safe from scratches and dust. We then roll it into a rigid cardboard tube with 3 mm walls, close both ends with plastic caps and seal the tube with an embossed giclee.ai sticker. If you ordered several prints, we roll them together in one tube with a glassine sheet between them. The parcel goes to a Sameday easybox or by courier to your door, whichever you chose at checkout.

Damaged parcel

If the packaging looks damaged on arrival, please photograph it before opening and write to contact@giclee.ai. We reprint free of charge any print that arrives damaged, as set out in the Returns policy.
