Optional personalisation: the couple's first names and the wedding date, printed on the print (+25 lei). We check every name and date before printing. If we notice an obvious mistake, we write to you before we print.
Size after trimming: 41 × 58.4 cm, slightly smaller than the standard A2 format (42 × 59.4 cm). For framing we recommend a 50 × 70 cm frame with an A2 mount, or a made-to-measure frame.

What size is the print?
41 × 58.4 cm, printed on A2 paper and trimmed to size. It fits a 50 × 70 cm frame with an A2 mount, or a made-to-measure frame. The frame is not included.
What paper do you print on?
On 260 g Epson Premium Luster photo paper with pigment inks, on an Epson SureColor P900.
How is the print packed?
The print is covered with an acid-free glassine sheet (Ilford protective paper), rolled into a rigid cardboard tube with plastic caps at both ends and sealed with a giclee.ai sticker. Several prints from the same order come in the same tube, separated by glassine.
What do I do when the tube arrives?
Take off one cap, gently slide the print out together with the glassine sheet and unroll it on a clean, flat surface. If it stays slightly curved, leave it face up for a few hours with light, clean objects on the corners before framing. You can keep the glassine sheet for storage.
When will my order arrive?
In 2–4 working days: production takes 1–2 days and delivery another 1–2. Details are on the Delivery page.
Can I return a print?
Standard prints can be returned within 14 days. Personalised prints are replaced free of charge only for printing defects or transport damage.
